ITC remanufactures cartridges in the U.S.A with pride using the following procedures:

• INCOMING RAW MATERIALS INSPECTION.
  All incoming materials (drums, toner, blades, PCRs, magnetic rollers, chips, etc) are verified against stringent standards before they reach the production floor. All materials are bought from U.S. suppliers.
• SORT & GRADE.
  All empty cartridges are sorted and graded. Only premium “virgin” empty cartridges are used to ensure optimal quality.
• RECYCLE
  All packaging materials, used hoppers, OEM drums, and non-conforming components are disassembled and recycled with proper recycling agents. ITC reuses all materials possible to keep them out of landfills while still maintaining quality.
• CLEANING
  Empty cartridges are carefully disassembled and cleaned.
• PREMIUM TONER FILLING
  Using pre-measured bottles, each cartridge is precisely filled to the exact specified OEM equivalent gram load. Toner hoppers are filled with premium toners, which are matched to the OPCs (drum), for optimal yield and print performance.
• ASSEMBLY
  Our experienced, factory-trained, technicians (min 5+ years) assemble all cartridges with OEM-grade compatible components (up to 75% new components are used in each cartridge). The assembly process includes the installation of a prequalified drum, wiper blade, doctor blade, PCR, magnetic roller, and U.S.A engineered chip.
• 100% POST TESTING
  Each and every cartridge is post tested utilizing industry extreme print tests to ensure outstanding performance and quality.
• PACKAGING
  All cartridges receive a final inspection to ensure they conform to our stringent quality standards. Cartridges are then cleaned, polished, and heat-sealed in a static resistant bag before they are boxed in OEM equivalent packaging.

  Each step in our manufacturing process is monitored by dedicated Quality Control experts. Every line undergoes regular and spot inspections to guarantee our products will meet the expectations of the consumer.
