• International Toner Corp. cartridges are manufactured under stringent quality control standards, assuring performance that equals or exceeds that of the original equipment manufacturer. Complete satisfaction is our promise.

• International Toner Corp. will replace or refund the full price of any cartridge that is returned and found to be defective within one year from the original date of purchase.

• International Toner Corp. will replace your device or purchase it at fair market value if one of our cartridges causes damage that is beyond repair.

• International Toner Corp. warrants that, under normal use, our cartridges will not cause damage, abnormal wear, or deterioration to any device. If our cartridge causes a device to fail, reimbursement is provided for all service and repairs, once the cartridge has been returned and proven to be defective.  This warranty is dependent upon satisfactory evidence that the device failure was due to a defective cartridge, including a written statement from an authorized service company that is dated and signed by a service representative.
• International Toner Corp. liability hereunder shall be limited to replacement or reimbursement as proved above. This warranty is exclusive, and in lieu of all other representation and warranties, expressed or implied, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for any particular purpose.  ITC shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages.  All goods are shipped upon condition that these terms be accepted by the buyer, if not buyer must promptly return the goods and notify ITC in writing.  These terms supersede all prior oral or written terms or representations and may be waived or modified only by writing signed by an officer of ITC.
